A single-plate cutting board made from solid wood of high-quality Kiso hinoki that is more than 200 years old. The growth rings are dense and the wood is resilient, thus, it doesn't damage the knife and can be used for many years with care.
I received both of my orders from Shokunin quickly and was very happy with the quality of all the products. I especially love all the products that I got from Azmaya, the cutting boards and the rice boxes, they are very well crafted and of good quality. I wish you had a bigger size for the Siwa laundry box, I like its texture and am looking for a bigger one. I find the Takada brush a bit rough on the skin, however it is very well made. I use Okubo utensils alot and they will be loved for a long time.
I am looking forward to more quality items from Shokunin.
