I have completed my order, but I did not receive an auto-reply email.
Gmail can no longer be delivered only the auto-reply email immediately after you place an order. Please be assured that you will receive the manual email sent later without any problem.
How much is the shipping fee to my country?
For any quantity (no matter where you live), the shipping fee is constantly 2,800 JPY. If you would like to purchase 1 item, the shipping fee is 2,800 JPY. Likewise, if you would like to purchase 10 items at one time, the total shipping fee would still be 2,800 JPY.
Where are the products made?
All products are handcrafted by skillful craftsmen in Japan.
Could you sell at wholesale?
Sorry, but we are not the manufacturer and we don't sell at wholesale. Please contact the manufacturers or the distributors directly. We do not introduce them.
Is there any discount?
There is no discount for any quantity of any of our products.
I want to reduce the customs duty, so can you please reduce the value, or write "gift" or "sample"?
We cannot falsely write a lower value or write pesonal use items as gifts or samples, as it is against the law. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Is it possible to purchase products that are not listed on the site and have them sent to me?
