I can find no fault in the product you sent to me, and exceeded my expectations. I have looked at other bento boxes by other companies and yours is superior in every way. My only wish is that the cover was a little closer fit to the body or a band was included to keep the cover more secure. (Our reply: The lunch box has a little extra space in case the wood expands due to moisture and
to provide cushioning.
If you can find a furoshiki or similar item, please use it to wrap the gift. Although it is a little tight, you can also use this.)
