Watanabe Mokkogei's Hatsuri Guinomi

In the southern part of Toyama Plain, Fukumitsu, Watanabe Mokkogei has been making beautiful fork crafts called Shogawa Hikimono Kiji since 1950.

Hatsuri Guinomi makes you feel the skills of a craftsman in your hand when you use it.

All the products arrived in good order and I appreciate that you were able to accommodate my request to wrap the items in paper instead of plastic. The Azmaya kettle is very handsome and lightweight and already developing a lot of patina. The Chabon tray is beautifully turned and beautifully accommodates the Nikko teapot that I have already bought from you. The thin julienne peeler is such excellent quality and is very ergonomic in the hand. Finally, I absolutely love the Hatsuri Guinomi. They are so well crafted and full of character - a real joy. Thank you for providing such excellent quality products again, it is always an easy and pleasant experience.
