Tsujiwa Kanaami's Yudofu Shakushi (Ladle for Boiled Tofu)
It is a ladle that is hand-knitted. The meshed bowl is slightly curved as to allow users to easily scoop tofus. Yudofu Shakushi, which expresses usefulness and fineness, some distinctive characteristic of handmade products, could be used in all seasons, as it could scoop cold tofu and also be used in Japanese stew.
