A juicer of Hasami ware that uses the Amakusa pottery stone made in Kumamoto Prefecture.
The bulge, on which fruits in half are placed, is finished tall and round, and as it's sharp, users can effortlessly squeeze out to the last drop.
As the lower container could hold more than the juice of a lemon, users can create their original dressings and sauces, by combining fruit juices with soy sauce, sake, and soup stock. when using only the lower part, it could become a Yuzamashi (a kind of bowl or Kyusu to cool down the boiled water).
It is actively used to create juice every morning during the spring and summer and to create homemade ponzu (a sauce containing soy sauce and vinegar or citrus juice) during the fall and winter, thus, playing active roles for one-pot dishes. Please use them throughout the year.
I have received the products I ordered and I am really satisfied.
They arrived in good conditions with no particular default. Overall, the products are beautiful. In particular the juicer is both handy and design.

Well received the products. They look good. Except the wood grain of the wooden bowl is different from my expectation. I understand the wood grain is difficult to control. So it's Ok. Thanks for all your help!
